Take Action!

In 2009 the Anoka-Hennepin School District 11 School Board passed the Sexual Orientation Curriculum Policy (SOCP) to keep the teaching of homosexuality out of the school curricula.  It instructs teachers to take a neutral stance on this topic if students bring it up in class. This policy upholds the rights of parents to discuss this topic with their children at the time of their choosing, and keeps the focus of the classroom on academics.

Our school district gained national attention after several suicides were blamed on bullying—even though the investigation proved otherwise.  District 11 is currently being sued by militant homosexual groups to overturn the SOCP.  The School Board has made several concessions already, and has posted pro-homosexual (GLBT) links and materials on their website.

You can help stop the sexual indoctrination of our children while there is still time:

  • Attend the board meeting on Monday, February 13th at the Educational Service Center on 11299 Hanson Blvd, Coon Rapids at 6:30 PM.

  • Email or call your school board members and tell them to keep the existing Sexual Orientation Curriculum Policy.

  • Present a one to two minute testimony to give before the Board.

  • Turn in a written testimony.
