Review of Rainbow Rowell Book "Eleanor & Park"

It has recently come to our attention that the book chosen and promoted by the Anoka-Hennepin High Schools for the Rock the Book Summer Read 2013 program this year was titled Eleanor & Park by author Rainbow Rowell. Based on a report written by two parents of a freshman student that participated in the reading program, this book is littered with extreme profanity and age-inappropriate subject matter that should never be put into the hands and minds of minor children, much less promoted by the educational institutions and staff we entrust to teach and protect our children.

Review of Alex Sanchez Book "The God Box"

Using misinformation, deception, and outright lies, The God Box is a novel written to steer youth—chapter by chapter—to the conclusion that homosexuality is normal, inborn, and that any person or institution (like the church) who teaches otherwise is homophobic and hateful.

Review of David Levithan Book "Boy Meets Boy"

David Levithan has written a novel for pre teens entitled Boy Meets Boy, and parents all across the country are fighting to keep it out of their schools. Boy Meets Boy, a story about the school-days world of a young boy named Paul, is an attempt to normalize all sexual feelings and affirm the acting out of homosexual and transgender behaviors all under a banner of acceptance, love, happiness and making this a wonderful world where anything goes.
